As we are beginning our spring sporting events, we would like to remind everyone of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) Egregious Sportsmanship Policy. The policy is designed to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during school sports competitions. It is important that all participants, spectators, and supporters uphold high standards of conduct, ensuring that the focus remains on the well-being and growth of our student-athletes. Any actions or behaviors that go against the principles of good sportsmanship, including but not limited to taunting, verbal abuse, inappropriate gestures, or physical altercations, are considered egregious and will result in penalties. This may include ejection from events or suspension from future participation. We ask all parents, families, and community members to lead by example and encourage our athletes to play with integrity, respect, and fairness. Let’s continue to support our students in a positive and encouraging environment. And as always...GO TORNADOES! #tornadostandard
