Drumright Public Schools – Extracurricular Physicals Announcement
Drumright Public Schools will be offering FREE extracurricular physicals for students on Wednesday, May 6th at the Activity Center.
Thanks to the generosity of Drumright Regional Hospital, this service is provided at no cost to families.
Important Details:
Who: Current 4th–11th grade students participating in athletics or band
Time: Students will be released by grade level beginning at 11:00 AM
Cost: $0 – Free service
Required Forms:
All students must have the following completed and turned in no later than Thursday, April 30th:
OSSAA Physical Form
OSSAA Physical Affidavit
Forms can be found on the district website.
